Architect Julius Casambros is a licensed Architect in the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Mapua Institute of Technology. Architect Casambros is a member of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP).

With years of experience in the field of Architecture, he is currently a freelance Architect specializing in residential and commercial projects.

He started his professional career with Leandro. V. Locsin and Partners doing high end residential, commercial, and religious buildings. After almost three years, he joined another architectural firm – Antonio S. Sindiong & Associates, the local architect of a large scale shopping mall in the south area among other well known commercial & residential projects. In 1998, he was hired by Philippine International Air Terminals Corporation (PIATCO) as an architectural staff in the development of NAIA-3 airport.

In early 2000, he was one of the early adapters in the growing business of ‘outsourcing’ when he took the job for e-Service Worldwide (ESWW), an American outsourcing company. ESWW’s services deals with architectural and engineering outsourcing of digital drawings and renderings for various projects in the United States of America. In 2005, he was the first person in the company to be given the opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with client architects based in Dallas, Texas. He has visited the United States a number of times to coordinate with US based architects.

Architect Julius Casambros is currently practicing his profession as a licensed Architect, primarily designing residential and commercial buildings. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Philippines.
